Prerequisites
To be eligible for the PMP® certification, candidates must meet the following prerequisites:
- Education Requirements: A four-year degree (bachelor's degree or global equivalent) and at least 36 months of project management experience, or A secondary degree (high school diploma or equivalent) and at least 60 months of project management experience.
- Project Management Education: 35 hours of project management education (can be obtained through formal training programs or coursework).
These prerequisites ensure that candidates have both the experience and knowledge necessary to successfully manage projects and pass the PMP® exam.
