Prerequisites
To be eligible for the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification, candidates must meet one of the following experience requirements:
- At least 4 years of professional HR experience with a Master’s degree or higher
- At least 5 years of professional HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 years of professional HR experience with less than a Bachelor’s degree
