1. Membership Overview
The Career Transition Pass is a monthly subscription program that provides unlimited access to eligible online certification courses, career services, and support resources as listed on our website.

2. Free Trial Terms
A 3-day free trial is offered to new subscribers.

Your payment method will not be charged during the trial.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid membership at $99/month.

Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

3. Billing & Payments
After the trial, you will be billed $99/month on a recurring basis unless subscribed for quarterly, semi annually, or annual membership.

Payments are processed via Shopify, and accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards.

Subscription renews automatically each period unless cancelled.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are offered for unused time.

5. Access to Courses
Access is granted only while an active membership is maintained.

If you cancel, access to courses and resources will be revoked at the end of your billing cycle.

Completion records and earned certificates will remain available for download.

6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login.

Access is intended for individual use only and may not be shared or resold.

7. Service Changes
ACSI reserves the right to update pricing, course availability, or program features with notice.

Substantial changes will be communicated to users via email and website updates.

8. Legal Limitations
